Profiles - 10 years. Installed joinery - 5 years. Double glazing - 2 years for all types of glass.
Cases in which the warranty does not apply:
Incorrectly installed joinery by third parties.
Mechanical damage occurs due to improper use.
Damage to the surface of the window frames caused by treatment with aggressive cleaning materials (corrosive, abrasive).
Damage caused by natural disasters.
The warranty starts from the date of installation.
